Subject: ERMP Hires Alex Chaffee – Director of Resource Development
Eno River Media Production announced on Monday June 2nd, 2014 the hire of Alex Chaffee as Director of Resource Development.
Mr. Chaffee was born in Washington, DC in March of 1992. He was raised in a military family so moved around extensively. Alexander was fortunate to spend eight years in Germany before moving to O’Fallon, IL. Alex graduated from O’Fallon Township High School in 2009.
Mr. Chaffee first fell in love with video production in high school. He was an officer in the Digital Media Club all four years.
Soon after high school, Mr. Chaffee found himself attending Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD.
Subsequently, Alex moved to Wilmington, NC in 2012.
Chaffee’s past fundraising success includes capital campaigns for the Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society, Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Association, and local food banks across North Carolina in the last 2 years.
Alexander joined ERMP as the Director of Resource Development in late March, 2014.
Alex states: “I look forward to working with coalition partners and impacted aggregate industries across the state to push for positive measures on state level movie and television industry issues through developing close relationships with industry companies in North Carolina all the while creating new funding sources for Eno River Media Production. It is through these new funding sources that the good work of advocating the growth of the television and movie industry in North Carolina takes place.”
Alex will work directly with Anthony Dowling, Executive Director of ERMP and Tony Adams, Lobbyist for ERMP. Alex will be working to advance and transform the movie and television industry of North Carolina by developing funding sources throughout the state.
